Refund & Cancellation Policy

At German Weg, we are committed to delivering high-quality German language education, including our regular language courses and specialized Goethe Exam Preparation Programs (A1–B2). This policy explains when refunds and cancellations may apply to your enrollment.

1. Course & Exam Preparation Fees

  • All fees (for language courses and exam preparation programs) are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled student.
  • Fees must be paid in full (or as per an approved installment plan) before the course/program begins.

2. Cancellation Before Course/Program Start

  • Cancellation requested 7 days or more before the start date: Full refund (after deducting 3% payment gateway charges).
  • Cancellation requested within 7 days of the start date: 50%–80%, depending on the circumstances, at the discretion of the management.
  • No refunds once the course or exam preparation program has started.

3. Missed Classes & Sessions

  • Fees for missed classes or exam prep sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
  • For medical or emergency reasons, make-up sessions may be offered subject to availability.

4. Online Classes & Technical Issues

  • Learners are responsible for internet connectivity and device setup.
  • No refunds for classes missed due to personal technical issues.
  • If a session is disrupted due to our technical issues, a replacement class will be scheduled at no extra cost.

5. Special Programs, Workshops & Exam Prep

  • Payments for workshops, demo sessions, short-term programs, or exam preparation courses are non-refundable once they have started.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
  • We may request basic information (payment receipt, enrollment ID) to verify the refund.

7. Exceptions

  • No refunds in cases of student misconduct, breach of class rules, or expulsion.
  • No refunds for partial participation or voluntary withdrawal after the course or exam prep has begun.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • This policy may be updated from time to time. Please review the latest version before enrollment.
