Welcome to German Weg. By enrolling in our courses, using our website, or availing our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Enrollment & Registration

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as per the chosen plan.
  • Students must provide accurate personal details during registration. False or incomplete information may lead to cancellation.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable to another student.
  • Payment confirmation will be shared via email/WhatsApp after a successful transaction.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Course Conduct & Attendance

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
  • Recorded classes or makeup sessions may be provided subject to availability and course type.
  • Misconduct, disruption, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

5. Use of Study Material

  • All study materials and recordings are for personal learning use only.
  • Sharing, copying, or distributing any material without written permission is prohibited.
  • Violation may result in termination of enrollment and possible legal action.

6. Online Classes & Technical Responsibility

  • Students must ensure a stable internet connection, compatible device, and necessary software (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet).
  • We are not responsible for classes missed due to technical issues on the student’s side.
  • If a session is disrupted from our side, a replacement class may be scheduled at no extra cost.

7. Certificate of Completion

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements (attendance, assignments, exams if applicable).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for the best learning experience but do not guarantee specific proficiency outcomes.
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, outages).

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, course structure, or fees at any time.
  • Students will be informed in advance of any significant changes.
